With the end nearing for the Puget Sound king salmon fishery we had our sights on some Crab and Clams. Luckily, we live in an area rich with diversity. While the crabbing for me has been lackluster as compared to last year, we managed to wrangle a few crab along with finding a new beach for some nicely sized manilla clams.
Even though I never had the opportunity to eat any of these crab or clams, it brought pleasure to my friends, family, and neighbors all whom enjoyed the fruits of the sea.
Another beautiful evening as the sun was setting, looking towards the Olympic mountains and Hoods Head.
